Abu Huraira (radhi ALLAHU Anhu) reported ALLAH’s MESSENGER (SALLALLAHU ALAIHI WASALLAM) as saying: The strong-man is not one who wrestles well but the strong man is one who controls himself when he is in a fit of rage.
